Rose Zhang, one of the “Seven Masters” in Double Egret, is a super senior staff here. Entering Double Egret in 2008, she has spent 7 years growing up together with the company. She is the teacher of all the staff, whose daily work mainly contains documents operation, human resource (recruitment, social insurance, assessment, performance), company’s annual inspection and financial affairs, etc. Management of logistical support is a very trivial job, however, Rose fulfills the quality and quantity of her duty in order of priority every day. She is our model as well as the source of the company’s positive energy. Besides working, Rose is also the mother of a 3-year-old child. In her baby’s eyes, she is a good mother who is enterprising and gives consideration to family. Rose says, “Double Egret has given full comprehension and tolerance to me in both work and family in the past 3 years, and now I will return it with all my hearts.”
