Zard comes from Pakistan whose company specializing in providing procurement service to world-famous electrical power engineering enterprises. In 2015, I received an inquiry from Zard who hoped to buy ceramic fiber blanket of 2 or 3-inch thick. He informed me that the product was used as piping insulation coating in power plant. During our chat, I found that Zard didn’t know much about ceramic fiber blanket. So I sent him a detailed technical data sheet and MSDS for his reference along with my quotation. Since we didn’t have ceramic fiber blanket of 3-inch thick, I suggested him to put 1 and 2-inch thick blanket together. According to our experience, density of 96kg/m3 ceramic fiber blanket was enough for power plant piping insulation.
The problem Zard most concerned about was whether the ceramic fiber blanket sent to Pakistan could be used for power plant insulation or not. He expected better insulation effect and the most cost-effective products. Our professional product knowledge, in-depth understanding of ceramic fiber industry and application helped Zard solve his most concerned problems, so we finally cooperated.
Now the goods of ceramic fiber blanket sent to Pakistan is being produced, which is expected to be shipped in early September. We also look forward to Zard’ coming for factory inspection.
