Application of CCEWOOL ceramic fiber module in industrial furnace
CCEWOOL ceramic fiber folded module is made of ceramic fiber blanket which is firstly folded into an accordion shape according to a certain width. And then we put anchoring parts in the block, compress it with certain strength and pack it by tying machine. CCEWOOL ceramic fiber module is of no binder. The unfolded module will tightly squeeze each other to leave no gaps between them.
The installation process of CCEWOOL ceramic fiber module is relatively simple, but each step must be implemented in strict accordance with construction requirements. If the welding of short anchoring parts is not strong, major accidents, such as a whole falling of the ceramic module and the collapse of the furnace wall will occur. Besides, if the installation direction is incorrect, modules will fall off from the wall because of uneven pressure around.
After using CCEWOOL ceramic fiber module, the energy saving rate will reach 3%-10% for consecutive industrial furnace and 10% -30% or even higher for intermittent furnace and thermal equipment. Ceramic fiber modules used in furnace can extend service life of the furnace and reduce its heat loss.
