Indonesia customer is one of our old customers and has cooperated with us since 2008. Due to the financial crisis and the influence of unfair competition, customers turned to other suppliers with lower prices. Due to the shoddy of the new supplier, customer found he delivered standard blanket instead of high purity blanket. Customer realized only to find a sincere and reliable supplier could guarantee their own interests. The customer came back and said the price was no longer a problem. And we maintained a good cooperation since then.
Once the goods was sent to Indonesia and the customer didn't pick up the goods for a long time, It was stored in Indonesia local warehouse for 2 months. We asked the customer for many times and he finally explained it was because they hadn't received project funds for Customs Clearance.
When the problem was solved and he hoped to buy the stored products. We expressed our understanding and told the customer that we would like to sell the goods to them without any storage charge. Client, therefore was very moved and quickly paid the money to complete the transaction. He promised to order from us two counters every month with timely payment and our cooperation was also very pleasant.
Only excellent quality can ensure long-term interests of the customer. This is the belief of Double Egret, which is the foundation for a long-term cooperation.
