My order of ceramic blanket insulation with pakistan customer
A Pakistan customer talked with me on trade manager one Sunday. He also sent an inquiry to our official website at the same time. The professional and high quality of CCEWOOL ceramic blanket insulation and good service of Double Egret moved him at last.
After learn the basic information of his company, I answered his questions online. I learned that he is a trader, and is a beginner to do this. I first sent him the product details, such as description, category, application of our CCEWOOl ceramic fibre blanket.

After learn the details of our ceramic fibre blanket, he was surprised, he said that I really want go for visit and see the production process personally. Then I sent him video for the production process, this video show him all details: raw material choose----material mixing---high temperature melting---spun to fibre---Bulk distribution of collector—Double Needle and forming(Change needle panel per day, blanket with even needle and high tensile)---High temperature setting (Keep the flatness of blanket)—Cutting (size customized, without burr.)---Rolling—Weighting (Each blanket was weighted and record to assure each roll qualified.)---Package. He expressed his thanks for what I have down and comment that only judging by the strict production process, color & needle from the video, he can assure the quality of CCEWOOL ceramic fibre blanket.
Then I suggest him the normal size of Pakistan area. At last, I sent him offer as the request of his end user. The communication between us goes on well till we talk to the sea freight. After check with our forwarder, we found that the freight to his aim port in that month is very high, thus the following cooperation stopped due to that.
Well, that’s not the reason for me to give up. In the following days, I pay more attention to all the changes on sea freight to his aim port, and also attention his activity on some social media. Once there are good news of our company, I will sent to him through email. Once new freight comes out, I will let him know in first time.
I believe that all good things not come easy. At last, my efforts and sincerity got his appreciation. He said that you really different. I can feel your efforts had down. Now I am planning to place order, and you are my first choice.
