Lining of insulation ceramic module in Trolley Furnace
Last issue, we mainly introduced the installation steps of insulation ceramic modules. This issue we will introduce the A shape installation steps of insulation ceramic module and the installation steps of layered fiber structure.

The fixing of the insulation ceramic module is to connect adjacent insulation ceramic module as a whole through a reinforcement method, and the modules can only be installed in the same direction with folding direction of modules. This method is applicable to the furnace wall of trolley furnace
Steps of A shape installation of insulation ceramic modules.
1) Mark the steel plate on the furnace wall, determine the position of the A frame, and weld the A frame to the steel plate.
2) Tile a layer of fiber blanket.
3) The non-anchor fiber folding blanket is embedded in the middle of A frame and press the blanket tightly, and the heat-resistant steel ribs is inserted into the blanket. Install one layer in order.
4) A fiber compensation layer needs to be laid in the middle of each layer.
5) Remove the plastic strapping and reshape after installation.
The layered fiber structure is one of the earliest installation structure of using refractory fibers. Due to the easy formation of thermal shorts and the life of the fixed parts, this method is currently used for the lining of low-temperature trolley furnace linings and flue ducts.
Installation steps of layered fiber structure:
1) Weld the fixing bolts on the steel plate of the steel structure.
2) The fiber blanket or fiber felt is laid on the steel plate and compacted, and the fiber is compressed to the required thickness.
3) Tighten the clamping plate on the bolt to fix the fiber firmly.
