Korean order CCEWOOL ceramic fiber spun bulk
Korean customer is a company that produces vacuum formed ceramic fiber shape. This year he want to import some ceramic fiber blown bulk and ceramic fiber spun bulk to produce vacuum formed ceramic fiber shape. So he found CCEWOOL through Alibaba.
In the past customer uses ceramic fiber blown bulk to produce vacuum formed ceramic fiber shape, now he wants to try to use ceramic fiber spun bulk and blown bulk together. But he worried the solubility of ceramic fiber spun bulk in water is not as good as ceramic fiber blown bulk. The difference between ceramic fiber spun bulk and blown bulk is in the production process and morphology. The ceramic fiber spun bulk is produced by electro-melting alumina and silica mixture and through spun fiber technology. The ceramic fiber blown bulk is produced by electro-melting alumina and silica mixture and blown fiber process.The fiber of ceramic fiber spun bulk is long and thick. The fiber of ceramic fiber blown bulk is short and thin.
So we made a small experiment. We put ceramic fiber blown bulk and spun bulk in water separately and stir it with chopsticks. We found the solubility of blown fiber in water is much better than spun fiber. But ceramic fiber spun bulk can also gradually dissolve in water. We sent this video to customer. Customer was very happy to see the experiment result. But he was still not very reassured. So we said we can send sample to customer so customer can test the sample by himself. The customer readily agreed.
After the customer received the sample and tested the sample, the customer was very satisfied with our two different ceramic fiber bulk. He immediately ordered one 20 feet container of ceramic fiber chopped bulk and spun bulk.
