3. Mixing
Mixing technique is basically the integration of layering and overlapping techniques. Although it combines many of the advantages of layering and overlapping, it is complicated to install.
4. Spray coating
In recent years, installing insulation refractory fiber products employing spray coating technique has been gaining its popularity domestically. It is a great advance in the field of thermal insulation, being used to prevent stud anchor and furnace shell from burning and thus enhance thermal efficiency. Spray coating technique also helps extend the service life of furnace.
Spray coating is a new technique introduced to install insulation refractory fiber products. By using automatic fiber blowing machine, the mixture of insulation ceramic fiber and binder would be sprayed out onto the surface of furnace, forming a seamless and well-distributed three-dimensional web structure.
