Inspection methods of ceramic wool blanket density
Ceramic fiber blanket density determines fiber intensive conditions and use life, so as to obtain maximum cost savings and improve resource utilization.
Principle: Ceramic wool blanket density is measured by the ratio of its quality of geometry volume.
Equipment: 1.thickness measuring device. 2.vernier calipers, vernier readings 0.05mm; or steel ruler, scale 0.5mm. 3.electric oven, maintaining a temperature of 110 ℃±5 ℃. 4.scale, minimum scale value of 0.1g.
Procedure: 1. Determine the thickness of the sample. 2. Use a vernier caliper or steel ruler along the center line of each side of the specimen to measure its length and width, exact to 0.5mm. Calculate the average of the four values. 3. Weigh the sample, exact to 0.1g.
