How well does ceramic fiber insulation work?
CCEWOOL ceramic fiber insulation has the advantages of high tensile strength, low thermal conductivity, low linear shrinkage on heating, etc. The product is white and its size is regular. It integrates fire resistance and thermal insulation in one, and does not contain any binder. It can maintain excellent tensile strength, tenacity and fiber structure when being used in neutral or oxidizing environment.
Low density
CCEWOOL ceramic fiber insulation as a furnace lining material can make heating furnace lighter and more efficient, which can greatly reduce the load of the steel structure of the furnace, and extend the service life of the furnace body.
Low heat capacity
CCEWOOL ceramic fiber insulation’s heat capacity is only 1/9 of that of lightweight heat-resistant lining and lightweight clay ceramic tiles. Using CCEWOOL ceramic fiber blanket in furnace can greatly reduce energy consumption in furnace temperature operation control, its energy saving performance is especially obvious in intermittently operated heating furnaces.
Thermochemical stability
The CCEWOOL ceramic fiber insulation will not generate structural stress even if the temperature changes sharply. It will not peel off under rapid cold and hot conditions, and it can resist bending, twisting and mechanical vibration. Therefore, theoretically it is not subject to any sudden temperature changes.
Anti-air corrosion performance
The air corrosion resistance of CCEWOOL ceramic fiber insulation lining to high-speed airflow decreases with the increase of operating temperature. It is widely used in the insulation of industrial furnace equipment such as fuel furnaces and chimneys.
Sound insulation performance
CCEWOOL ceramic fiber insulation are widely used in thermal insulation and sound insulation of buildings and industrial kilns with relatively loud noises to improve the quality of working and living environments.
