CCEWOOL ceramic fiber blanket’s service life is usually 2 years. However, if the installation is not appropriate, its service life will be affected. Application should be done strictly in accordance with the requirements of construction specification, and the actual working temperature must be lower than the long-term operation temperature. Besides, service life also has a big relationship with the construction techniques of the furnace. Therefore, before installation, scientific validation and accurate measurement are essential. Be aware of the internal temperature of the furnace , and accordingly install the ceramic fiber blanket. When it is put into use, the working temperature has to be stable, without much fluctuation.
