2015 has passed, when looking back,we see that great achievement harvested from hard work. 

     When we look back at 2015, we think all those effort was worthwhile.

     1.After so much hard work, the first marketing website came online. 400 pages A4 paper, countless sleepless night, numerous vigorous argued meeting, innumerable modification, several core team members left. After one year’s hardship and struggle, our first marketing official website:www.ceceramicfiber.com came on line. We received the first inquiry in March, by now we have received 200 inquiries. These increased the chance for sales department to make a deal. 

     2.Assessment system formed a prototype, company become internationalized.Daily report, weekly report, monthly assessment.Keep studying, summarizing, probing and modifying.Develop from nothing, from simple and crude to perfect. Our company stepped out firmly to standardized management. Our team benefited from these, new comers got their first order, customers reordered, our workers’ foreign trade skills improved. 

     3.Splendor of two exhibitions exceed our expectation, CCEWOOL brand has deeply rooted in customers’ heart. June, exhibition in Dusseldorf. October, exhibition in Munich. Customers attracted by our brand, crowded around our not big booth. We received   order on site. After 10 years persistence, under gloomy situation of national brand, CCEWOOL fights its way out into international market.

     4.Only study makes one grow, only hard work brings luck. We cherish every chance to study, Shanghai, Qingdao, Jinan, Zibo, we were all there. In order to find out customers’ purchase routine, our website orientation, we discuss into deep night and finally we did it. We hesitated, wandered, doubted and argued, but our teammates were full of energy and never felt tired. We received not just an answer to a question but a group of friends who have a common goal. For our China brand dream--CCEWOOL, we are willing to dedicated our youth and enthusiasm. 

     5.What we are pursuing is not successful happiness but happy success. May, Huanghua stream, July, Qingdao. With happy laughter and cheerful voice, we go with goal and faith. Laughter comes from sincere heart, unity comes from trust. In Double Egret, we learn not only skills but also the direction of our career and we also harvested happiness. Because of inner motivation, we grow and develop, we step towards success firmly and become real working people.  

     6.Ten years brand strategy, CCEWOOL won us speedy success, in 2015 we published new product again, PUREWOOL was launched ceremoniously. Purewool’s success comes from 10 years’ brand accumulation and everyone’s effort. It is only launched 1 month but received customers’ continuous praise. Innovation is the pursuit of Double Egret, because we know only continuous innovation can let us go farther. In the future we will continue to search and explore and make Double Egret one of the best refractory material brand in the world.  

     Thanks to the past, it is the past that makes today’s CCEWOOL. Looking into the future, we will keep working hard to make furnace energy efficiency simpler.
