Double Egret further enhances its production capacity.
Because the existing equipment can't catch up with the increasing orders, in July 2015, Double Egret adds a new full-automatic production line for large ceramic fiber boards. It is 150m long and 1.2m wide. It has the highest daily output of 20 tons' large size ceramic fiber boards with a thickness from 25mm to 80mm in China. The technology ranks among the top positions domestically within our industry, including drying, cutting and automatic packing as a whole. And we also transform and upgrade the original full-automatic and ultra-thin ceramic fiber board production line. So far, we have two automatic ceramic fiber board production lines: one is for thin boards with a thickness from 3mm to 20mm, and one is for large boards with a thickness of 25-80mm. Double Egret ultra-thin ceramic fiber board and large size ceramic fiber board take the leading position within the industry.
At the same time, in order to gain a standardized management of ceramic fiber blanket, ceramic fiber board, ceramic fiber paper in production, workshop of ceramic fiber vacuum formed products is combined into the ceramic fiber board workshop. This adjustment makes a regional management of our products come true, enhancing a more clear division of responsibilities in different departments.
