Construction method of external insulation rock wool board
1. Technical process
Basic level process→Elastic line separating→Cutting, blanking→Pre-joint,install→Drill, fix with plastic expansion screw→Inspection and acceptance.
2. Before the construction, seal the primary pipe and the reserved hole, etc. And smear 15mm thick silicate cement to the inside of pre-embedded plate which can easily form thermal bridge.The protruding material should be cleaned out and the outer steel bar is removed.
3. According to rock wool board specification 1200*600mm for typesetting, elastic line separation.
4. Cut the board according to the line separation, the line error should be less than 5mm, and the joint seam shall not be greater than 2mm.
5. Installation: Pave the rock wool board horizontally and in crosswise direction from bottom to top. Starting from the corner of the wall, a vertical interlocking plate is arranged to ensure that the corners are straight and vertical. Interlocking interlock of rock wool board at inside and outside angle. The rock wool board at the corners of doors and windows is not allowed to be spliced, and the whole rock wool board is used to cut the forming incision and vertical surface of the plate, and the same insulation board is applied to the corner of the wall. The board should be staggered up and down, with a length of 1/2 of the board. The width of the rock wool board used to fill the gap shall not be less than 150mm.
6. Fixation: the installation of rock wool board anchorage depth is not less than 25mm. Select 8*120mm plastic expansion bolt anchorage, and use the electric hammer to drill hole in the outer wall with a diameter of 12mm; The hole depth is 120mm (including the thickness of the insulation board), so that the rock wool board is closely combined with the external wall. The anchor point should be lower than the rock wool board surface by 1-2mm. Anchorage point arrangement: anchorage points are set at the four corners and middle of horizontal joints of external insulation rock wool board. The installation of longitudinal spacing of anchor bolts is 300mm, the transverse spacing is 400mm, arranged in the shape of club, and at the corner of the basic wall the spacing is 200mm, which meets the requirements of design and related standards.
7. Rain proof and moisture proof method: When construction of external wall insulation rock wool board is finished, before the top is glued and hanged with stone. The top should be covered with plastic sheet to prevent the rain from leaking into the inside of the rock wool board.
