Characteristics of CCWOOL external insulation rock wool board
External insulation rock wool boards are designed to be used in external thermal insulation composite system on solid substrates such as concrete wall or brick wall of new buildings or retrofit of existing buildings. Besides external insulation rock wool board can also be used as fire barrier and being used together with insulation material which is not Grade A non combustible insulation material to improve the fire protection function of building facades.

External insulation rock wool board is specially designed for external wall insulation. It is Grade A non combustible insulation material. It has advantages of high compression and tensile strength, low water absorption and moisture absorption, good dimension stability, no thermal expansion or shrinkage, aging resistance etc. It can be compatible with external wall system and provide effective insulation, fire protection and extreme climate protection for buildings.
External insulation rock wool board has following characteristics
1. High compression and tensile strength and aging resistance, guarantee long term stability and reliability.
2. Non combustible, does not release heat and poisonous smoke or gas. When at fire can effectively stop fire spreading. Outstanding fire proofing performance.
