Precision Forming + Automated Cutting: Ensuring Consistency and Stability
CCEWOOL ceramic fiber board insulation is produced using in-house manufactured, high-purity spun ceramic fiber formed via a high-precision vacuum forming process, ensuring uniform fiber distribution and dense internal structure. This avoids local collapse or deformation caused by uneven density.
After forming, we use a fully automated CNC cutting system to ensure that dimensional tolerances do not exceed ±0.5mm, with board flatness reaching leading industry standards.
