The shipment of one container of CCEWOOL ceramic fiber insulation boards, with specifications of 12x560x1160 and 12x660x1160 and a density of 350kg/m3, ordered by the Czech customer, was dispatched on time from the factory on May 30, 2024. The customer is kindly requested to monitor the delivery and prepare for receipt.
The CCEWOOL ceramic fiber insulation boards in this order were produced using a fully automated continuous production line, ensuring precise dimensions, high flatness, excellent strength, lightweight properties, thermal shock resistance, and spalling resistance. These boards are widely used for insulation in furnace surroundings and bottom linings, as fire barriers in ceramic kilns, and for mold applications in glass processing.
This customer has been a loyal supporter of CCEWOOL ceramic fiber insulation boards for many years, consistently placing several container orders each year. As the dimensions of the products in this order are non-standard, the factory conducted multiple experiments during the initial container loading process to maximize the use of container space. After loading was completed, the entire loading process was documented and archived in a detailed diagram. Each subsequent container is loaded according to this diagram to ensure efficiency and accuracy in the loading process.
The container carrying the CCEWOOL ceramic fiber insulation boards is expected to arrive at the destination port around June 30th. The customer is advised to make the necessary preparations to ensure a smooth and timely receipt of the goods.
