Application of refractory fiber products on heating furnace
This issue we will continue to introduce application of refractory fiber products on heating furnace.

(3) The service temperature of any layer of refractory fiber products should be at least 280 ℃ higher than the calculated hot surface temperature
(4) When the anchors on furnace roof is arranged in a rectangular shape, the distance between refractory fiber products should not exceed the following requirements: blanket width 305mm × 150mm × 230mm.
When the anchors on furnace wall is arranged in a rectangular shape, the distance between refractory fiber products should not exceed the following requirements: blanket width 610mm×230mm×305mm.
The metal anchors that are not covered by the furnace tube should be completely covered by the refractory fiber products cover or protected by ceramic cup filled with plastic ceramic fiber.
(5) When the flue gas speed does not exceed 12m / s, ceramic fiber blankets shall not be used as the hot surface layer; when the flue gas speed is greater than 12m / s but less than 24m / s, the hot surface layer shall be wet blanket, ceramic fiber board or ceramic Fiber module; when the flue gas speed exceeds 24m / s, the hot surface layer should be castable or external insulation.
