What is the application of vacuum formed ceramic fiber shape in aluminum casting industry
Aluminum smelting furnaces or holding furnaces in aluminum casting industry are equipped with aluminum outlet nozzles, which are plugged with ceramic fiber plugs.
The plug is vacuum formed ceramic fiber shape. Precise process and advanced equipment make the surface of each plug smooth, and more importantly, the vacuum formed ceramic fiber shape has proper hardness and elasticity.
In order to cast aluminum from smelting furnace or holding furnace, some equipment uses tapered hole blocks, which are sealed with plugs. 2. Molten aluminum ladle
