Welcome Mr.Satish from Indian to visit our factory. His company is a local refractory material supplier, mainly providing refractory materials to all kinds of industrial foundries. He has been purchasing from local market. The purpose of his coming is to inspect the product quality and begin to import from China.
Mr. Satish intended to visit three factories, during which he raised some professional questions, like the tensile strength of blanket. He made demand of ceramic fiber blanket with tensile strength of 0.07-0.12Mpa on the three factories, including us. The other two factories agreed without any hesitation, and made a commitment that their blanket’s tensile strength was above 0.10Mpa. However, according to our experience, the raw material of ceramic fiber blanket produced in China is coal gangue. So the tensile strength is generally 0.4 to 0.6Mpa. We told Mr. Satish about this situation honestly. Meanwhile, in order to correspond with international standard, the new-style ceramic fiber blanket produced by synthesis of alumina powder holds the tensile strength of 0.7Mpa whose color is whiter and constituent is purer.
Owing to our honesty and rich experience, we won Mr.Satish’s trust. He decided to cancel the meetings with the other two factories.
