The future of ceramic fiber product in Chinese market
Ceramic fiber product is a kind of lightweight refractory material which is developed from 60s 20th century. Ceramic fiber is made by coal gangue with Al2O3 powder, using blown or spun process through electric furnace. The main chemical content is Al2O3 & SiO2. Through second production, it can be made to ceramic fiber blanket, ceramic fiber board, ceramic fiber paper, ceramic fiber module, ceramic fiber cloth, ceramic fiber tape, ceramic fiber rope, etc. The max service temperature is from 1100 to 1450. Because the characteristic of high temperature, ceramic fiber product is widely used in industry furnace, high temperature pipe and other high temperature area.

Bio Soluble fiber product:
Ceramic fiber plays an important role in refractory and insulation of high temperature industrial area, but it exist some abuse, especially for the inhaled. It has some dis-advantage to the human body and environment. Some countries begin to limit using ceramic fiber product. At present, people develop a new kind ceramic fiber product which can be dissolved by human body, mainly chemical content is SiO2& MgO, we call it Bio soluble ceramic fiber . It is used as a new type of refractory and insulation material in the world. But bio soluble ceramic fiber product’s max temperature is not over 1250℃. And once soluble ceramic fiber after high temperature, it will also become fiber which can not be dissolved by human body. So Minye will improve the process for bio soluble fiber product in the future.
