Introduction of insulation refractory fibre products
Insulation refractory fibre products are made of refractory fiber as raw material and processed into various high temperature insulation materials. The product is light in weight and low in thermal conductivity, and is a new type of high-quality high-temperature insulation material.
The refractory fiber produced by the melt method and the colloid method is called raw fiber bulk. Raw fiber bulk can be processed into various insulation refractory fibre products by process similar to textile and paper making.
Application of insulation refractory fibre products
1)Kiln lining material; 2) High temperature air cooled original reactor lining material; 3) Various thermal insulation materials; 4) High temperature sealing material; 5) High temperature filling or packing material; 6)Sound absorbing material; 7)High temperature filter material; 8) Catalyst carrier and the like.
When the airflow speed of the area is high, or the area is in serious friction with furnace material or the furnace dust, or the area is in contact with molten metal or slag, it is generally not suitable to use insulation refractory fibre products
