Introduction of high strength insulation ceramic fiber
CCEWOOL high strength insulation ceramic fiber with Al2O3 Content 62%~75%.
This is an Al2O3-SiO2-MgO glassy fiber. In producing CCEWOOL high strength insulation ceramic fiber, we broke through the convention that fibers with Al2O content greater than 55% cannot be produced by melting method.
Our producing method is introducing a certain amount of MgO to the melt with Al2O3 and SiO2 as main components to increase the viscosity the melt and lower the surface tension of the melt to make the melt suitable for fiber formation. In this way, the fiber produced is strong. So to provide high-quality CCEWOOL high-strength insulation ceramic fiber for the production of high-strength needle-punched blankets and fiber textiles above 1400C.
