To let employees have further understanding of the products and improve their  professional skill, last Saturday, Double Egret organized the whole staff to study at our firebrick plant. 

     At a high temperature of 40C, all staff learned the whole production process and the quality testing procedure of refractory brick. 

     CCEFIRE refractory brick is made of excellent domestic clay. We use full automatic batching machines and control furnace temperature by computer to provide a much more stable quality. After the brick is compressed by the pressing machine to a fixed shape, our highly skilled workers knock the brick to check whether there is a crack in the inner brick by the sound of knocks. After 3 days’ natural drying, the adobe will be send into a tunnel kiln for 4 days for thorough drying to ensure there won't be any crack in the brick after being burnt. Then the brick goes through the tunnel kiln for 3 days and then we get the finished brick.

     Although the whether is such hot, our front-line workers are still very dedicated to producing in strict accordance with ASTM and JIS standards. All high density high alumina brick insulating fire bricks have passed ISO9001 to make every brick is a qualified product.
