Fiber blanket insulation exported to Nigeria
Export of fiber blanket insulation to Nigeria, SONCAP certificate must be provided.
Export of fiber blanket insulation to Nigeria must provide SONCAP certificate. Double Egret wants to share the two processes of SONCAP below:
First stage:
1. Fill the application of RFPC; sign and seal
Provide Proforma Invoice
Product photos, including pictures of label / mark information
Provide third-party laboratory Test Report ( scanned copy in English or Chinese with English translation), the test institution CNAS certificate (in English), manufacturer's ISO9001 certificate and test report issued by the factory ( two alternatives)
2. Provide effective business license of applicants, exporters and manufacturers, which will be checked by SGS later. Once they pass the audit, we will pay for them. Then SGS will provide original PC, which we will send to the importer and he will apply for FORM M in the local bureau.
Second stage of COC:
1. Fill the enclosed application forms of RFC and DOC; sign and seal
Provide FORM M copy.
Commercial invoice and packing list.
2. Submit the above documents and SGS will check again. Once they pass the audit, SGS will provide inspection demands. Exporters will prepare the goods and make an appointment with SGS, who will come to our factory for the inspection of site and package. SGS will sign and issue COC based on Final/Commercial Invoice&Packing List.
