Ceramic fiber module installation methods
Double Egret will introduce the right ceramic fiber module installation methods to make full use of its heat-insulating function.
Installation:
1. We should clear rush on the kiln board first and then weld the module bolt to the kiln wall board.
2.Tighten the ceramic fiber module guide rod to the smaller ends of the screw. Let the guide rob go through the modules by their center poles to fix them on the kiln board. Next step is to use professional wrench to screw the nut onto the bolt.
3.Unscrew the guide rod. Install other ceramic fiber modules in turn.
4.Extract the plastic tube in the module center, unpack the module strap, install compressed compensation blanket and install the next row of ceramic fiber modules.
