Baking furnace is equipment that heating new material to make physical and chemical change and finally gains better materials. The baking furnace is divided into 4 types: Porcelain firing furnace, Carbon firing furnace, refractories roasting furnace, mold roaster. The different material should be up to different application and usage.

There are more than 700 kinds of refractories used in roasting kiln, but the main materials are 5 categories: castable, calcium silicate board, fire brick, ceramic fiber and refractory mortar. According to the different characteristics of roasting furnace, the refractory materials used are different. The most commonly used arrangement is ceramic fiber products with fire bricks, which will save more energy.
Roasting baking furnace used heat insulation materials included CCEWOOL lightweight castable, CCEWOOL insulating brick, CCEWOOL calcium silicate board and CCEWOOL ceramic fibers. The castable mainly used in the top and chimney of Fluidized bed cooler, cooling cyclone, a venturi dryer and two Venturi drier. CCEWOOL insulating brick are used in Fluidized bed cooler, a venturi dryer and two Venturi drier.
CCEWOOL calcium silicate board is mainly used in Boiling roaster, recycling cyclone, cooling cyclone and a Venturi drier. CCEWOOL ceramic fibers include blanket, board, mat and so on, whose main applied position is in expansion joint and holder. Anchor is also the main part of refractory lining, which connects the lining and wall firmly.
