Quenching(reacting in the quenching furnace) is that making workpiece rapid cooling in water, oil or other inorganic salts, and other organic aqueous quenching medium after it is heated. After hardening, the steel piece will be hard and brittle. In order to reduce the brittleness of the steel, put the steel piece at a suitable temperature which is higher than room temperature and below 650 ℃ for a long period of insulation, then cooling, this process is called tempering. Annealing, normalizing, quenching and tempering is the overall heat treatment, where the quenching and tempering are related closely, often used in conjunction.

Mesh Belt quenching Furnace adopts all-fiber composite structure with excellent insulation properties. Applying aluminum silicate fiber felt in both sides of the furnace roof which is removable with the whole lid, which is 40 % energy-efficiency than the brick lining.
Aluminum alloy quenching furnace is suitable for large and medium-sized aluminum parts solution treatment and aging treatment.
Furnace shell frame is made of welded steel, inside wall is 1Cr18Ni9Ti heat resistant steel plate lined with high-quality all-fiber structure. Due to the CCEWOOL higher purity ceramic fiber contains low shot content, the blanket has higher tensile strength and small thermal shrinkage.
