Car type casting annealing furnace is the national standard cycle-type energy efficient furnace, mainly used for steel parts, auto parts, rollers, balls, pieces of metal structures, welding hardening, normalizing, annealing, timeliness and various mechanical parts heat treatment.

     This series annealing furnaces are composed of trolley furnace and electric furnace. Furnace section includes furnace shell, lining, heating elements, door and car. Furnace shell is made of welded steel plate and steel; lining used CCEWOOL energy-saving super lightweight firebrick, CCEWOOL ceramic fiber and high quality insulation lining. 

     Heating element is placed on the truck and put the brick lining of high alloy resistance wire (or tape); the trolley can move back and forth to facilitate loading and unloading, and the furnace shell between which uses a novel self-sealing, a good change shape sealing performance; and the door of the lift car is out of the use of electric drive reduction mechanism, floor furnace heat-resistant steel castings, and an optional tilt truck unloading mechanism. 

     Annealing furnace’ Electric control section includes temperature control and operating parts. Adopting smart thermostat microcomputer temperature control, reprovision recorder records the complete technology curve, and over-temperature alarm; Operation using buttons plus light show, and out of the car to achieve Taiwan, on-off control of the heating element and other movements of the lift door and with chain means when the door closed or workers rises to a certain position carriage can operate, safe and reliable.
