Application of refractory ceramic fiber board in ceramic kiln
In ceramic industry,refractory ceramic fiber board is the lining body in lightweight kiln car structure and kiln.
CCEWOOL refractory ceramic fiber board is widely used in various industrial kilns for its high refractoriness, high compression strength, long service life, low thermal capacity, low thermal conductivity, good flatness, etc. Especially in ceramic industry, refractory ceramic fiber board is the lining body in lightweight kiln car structure and kiln and it is the fire-barrier material in different sections and temperatures of kiln. Refractoriness is from 1050℃-1450℃. The common thickness used in ceramic kiln industry is 25 mm and 50 mm. CCEWOOL can provide refractory ceramic fiber board with a thickness of 3-80mm and a common density of 280-450 kg/m3.
