Advantage of CCEWOOL aluminum silicate refractory fiber products
Aluminum silicate refractory fiber products is thermal insulation material which is widely used in metallurgical industry. It has good thermal insulation effect and good comprehensive performance.

Taking the annealing furnace as an example, there are many advantages of using aluminum silicate refractory fiber instead of asbestos board and bricks as the lining and the insulation layer material of the glass annealing equipment:
1. Because of aluminum silicate refractory fiber products is of low thermal conductivity, and good thermal insulation performance.It can improve the heat insulation performance of annealing equipment, reduce heat loss, save energy. And it is good for the stablization of temperature inside furnace chamber and machine chamber.
2. Heat capacity of aluminum silicate refractory fiber is small.(Heat capacity is only 1/5~1/3 of insulation fire brick and refractory fire brick.)When the furnace is reloaded, the temperature of annealing furnace rises fast, heat loss is little, and the thermal efficiency of the furnace is improved effectively. For the furnace that needs to be stopped and restarted frequently, the effect is more obvious.
3. Easy for processing.It can be arbitrarily cut, punched and overlapped. Easy for installation. It is light and elastic, not easy to break, easy to place in places where people's difficult to reach. Easy to install and remove, and can keep persistent insulation under high temperature. This will facilitate the rapid replacement of rollers and inspection of heating and temperature measuring elements in production, reducing the labor intensity of the installation and maintenance of the furnace, and improving the working conditions.
4. Small pieces can be connected to form large pieces. This will reduce the waste of cut corners, further reduce the cost of equipment.
5. Reduce the weight of equipment, simplify structure, reduce structural material, reduce building cost and prolong service life.
6. There are many kinds of aluminum silicate fiber products. They can be masonry or stick a layer of aluminum silicate soft felt as lining. Fiber bulk can also be filled as inter layer between metal and brick to enhance the insulation effect. It is easy for construction and saves manpower and material. It is a new type of refractory thermal insulation material with low cost and low investment.
