CCEWOOL view –advantages of using ceramic fiber as furnace lining
The material of furnace lining should consider many conditions: the max furnace temperature, using condition of ceramic fiber material, atmosphere of furnace and so on. Even if the same kind ceramic fiber material, its using temperature will depend on the application conditions(heat source of furnace, gas components and speed in furnace).

Coal kilns is a kind of tunnel kilns that operating heating treatment to the wet brick model and finally makes into finished products. The length of coal kilns is about 140 meters, the width can be 3.3m, 3.6m, 4.6m, 6.9m according to the size of brick. The working condition of firing stage is as below:
A.working temperature is 950c, the max temperature is 1000c-1050c.
B.1200c high temperature firing stage: according to the highest temperature, the thickness of CCEWOOL ceramic fiber module, total thickness, to calculate the temperature of outside wall. The common working temperature of high temperature stage is lower than 1050c. Adopting CCEWOOL AZ ceramic fiber module which working temperature reaching 1200c as furnace lining can completely meet the need and insure longer service life.The back lining is distant from hot face, so CCEWOOL 1050COM ceramic fiber is enough.
Ceramic fiber lining has become trend of current furnace lining, which representing the developing level of industry furnaces. Adopting ceramic fiber lining or not will directly determine the using effect, product quality and quantity.
