Application of refractory fibers on heating furnace
This issue,we will continue to introduce application of refractory fibers on heating furnace.
(8) When the sulfur content of the fuel is greater than 10m1 / m3 and the furnace is refractory fiber structure, a protective coating shall be applied to the surface of inside furnace wall to prevent corrosion, and the working temperature of the protective coating shall be above 180 ℃.
When the sulfur content in the fuel exceeds 500ml / m3, a 304 stainless steel foil gas barrier layer should be provided. The gas barrier layer should be at least 55% higher than the calculated acid dew point temperature under various operating conditions. The edges of the gas barrier layer should be overlapped, and the edges and puncture sites should be sealed.
When the content of heavy metals in fuel exceeds 100g / t, refractory fibers structure should not be used.
(9) Refractory fibers structure shall not be used for convection sections equipped with soot blowers, steam spray guns or water washing facilities.
(10) Anchors should be installed before spray coating on the siding. The protective coating should cover the anchor, and the operation temperature of the uncovered part should be above the acid dew point temperature.
