Application of ceramic fiber products on heating furnace
Ceramic fiber products have the advantages of light weight, good thermal insulation performance, good thermal stability, good chemical stability, easy processing, and convenient construction. They have high tensile strength, stable dimensions, vibration resistance, and impact resistance under high temperature. It is safe and reliable when being used on heating furnace. And has significant energy saving effects, and can reduce the time and frequency of repairs and maintenance. It is an ideal thermal insulation product in the current industrial field.

Here we introduce the application of ceramic fiber products on heating furnace.
(1) Except for the chimney, air duct and furnace bottom, ceramic fiber blanket or ceramic fiber board can be used in any other parts of the heating furnace.
(2) If the hot surface layer of ceramic fiber products is ceramic fiber blanket, it should be a needle-punched material with a thickness of at least 25mm and a density of 128kg/m3. If the hot surface layer is ceramic fiber board. Its thickness should be no less than 3.8cm, density no less than 240kg/m3. The specification of ceramic fiber board used at hot surface layer: When the hot surface temperature is lower than 1095 ° C, the maximum size of board is 60cm × 60cm; when the hot surface temperature exceeds 1095 ° C, the maximum size of board is 45cm × 45cm.
