Tunnel kiln
Tunnel kiln is a kind of modern industrial furnace which is widely used in building material, ceramics, refractory industry, it’s a continuous production thermal equipment. Generally, it can be divided into preheating zone, firing zone and cooling zone according to the length direction of tunnel kiln.
The refractory fiber can be used as wall-lining of preheating & cooling zone, back-lining of firing zone.

Shuttle kiln
Shuttle kiln is a kind of car-bottom kiln. We can set two or one door in two length directions of the kiln chamber, Kiln car in and out are all through this door, so the shuttle kiln also be called drawer kiln. The products loading and unloading can be conducted outside the kiln, greatly reduced the labor intensity and improved working conditions.
Shuttle kiln furnace body generally uses thin-walled structure with excellent insulation properties. Ceramic Industrial use shuttle kiln wall is composed by 230 mm thickness lightweight refractory bricks and 30mm thickness refractory fiber, the full-refractory fiber lining kiln wall structure is also available, which will use 250-300 mm thickness fiber layer, the kiln roof will use the hanging flat top for the thin-walled kiln correspondingly.
