CCEWOOL Water Repellent Ceramic Fiber Blanket is a high-performance, needle-punched insulation mat that combines fire resistance with durable water repellency. Constructed from high-strength ceramic fiber spun blanket and formed via a proprietary dual-sided needle-punch process, its surface is treated with a solvent-based, high-temperature nano water-repellent to impart full-depth hydrophobicity. The minimal additive load preserves the blanket’s inherent non-combustibility and allows compatibility with aluminum foil facings.
In cellulosic, hydrocarbon, and jet-fire environments, this water-repellent blanket delivers reliable fire protection while effectively blocking moisture ingress. By preventing the moisture-induced rise in thermal conductivity and loss of insulating performance seen in conventional blankets, it significantly extends the service life and stability of high-temperature insulation systems.
