Using a fully automated continuous production line, ceramic fiber bulk is shaped into a solid one-piece module. After calcination, the product transforms from a soft, compressible form into a high-strength, seamless, and firm structure that fits tightly against furnace walls during installation. With specialized anchors and tools, the installation process ensures high compression and precise positioning, delivering excellent structural integrity and high-temperature resistance.
