      CCEFIRE Mullite insulating brick, using high pure mullite as raw material, is made by adding alumina powder according to different type and then sintering in high temperature. DJM 26 insulating blocks is the new energy saving material for insulation.

    CCEFIRE DJM26 insulating fire brick combines the lightweight and low thermal conductivity advantages of insulating bricks with enhanced refractoriness and structural stability. It is primarily used in the working and backing layers of medium- to high-temperature industrial furnaces, maintaining low heat loss and stable thermal performance even under prolonged operation. Compared with DJM23, DJM26 is better suited for applications requiring higher temperature resistance and mechanical strength, such as in steelmaking, petrochemical processing, and non-ferrous metal smelting. With excellent thermal shock resistance and spalling resistance, DJM26 effectively extends lining life, reduces maintenance frequency, and lowers overall operating costs.
